All of our classes are designed to have the pounds and inches disappear as you move your body in ways that are fun, challenging and energetic.
Our instructors strive to create an ideal fitness environment through our conditioning classes that work on various muscle groups, strengthening poses and flexibility enhancing movements; promoting a total body work-out.
Our very own Tania Reis-Zakhariants teaches our awesome conditioning class every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 12:30pm.
